3 course meal Homework NO.1

DESSERT 

DAD:

Entreé: Perfect sizing, tasty peanut sauce, well cooked chicken skewers.

Main: Nice flavours in the sausage, rice was a bit bland, needed a sauce or gravy, good mix of salad.

Desert: Perfect jelly & Ice cream. Personally Could've done with more ice cream and the jelly should've been green - cos thats my favourite colour!

Overall: Great first effort Dublin, very enjoyable! Well done.

MUM:

Dublin's prep work was great to see preparing his jelly the day before our meal and remembering to bring the meat out to thaw also. (we have no microwave).

Dublin juggled this meal well, making satay sauce from a google recipe while stirring the rice pot, turning the sausages and checking on the chicken skewers.

I was overseeing and taking photos but Dublin took charge of the rest. Setting the table and asking that no one help with clearing the dishes - he owned this 3 course meal and did a great job.
